I am a licensed social worker specializing in teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have an integrative approach, which primarily utilizes ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing). Through these lenses, I work with clients to identify areas of change and the barriers that get in the way, big and small. My goal is to create a space that allows for genuine curiosity and exploration, while working towards long-term values-based growth.

Before entering the mental health field, I was an attorney. As a lawyer, I guided clients through challenging, confusing, and often emotionally painful circumstances. In social work school, I trained at an outpatient drug and alcohol clinic where I worked predominantly with people with serious co-occurring mental health challenges. These experiences continue to inform my practice by acknowledging that obstacles and strengths can come in many forms and at any stage of life.

I have extensive knowledge and training working with ADHD in adolescents and adults. I believe that understanding ADHD and a person’s own unique brain is integral to navigating the world with self-compassion and confidence.
