I am a licensed social worker who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. I received my MSW and MSEd from the Infant and Family Development program at Bank Street College of Education and Silberman School of Social Work at City University of New York. I bring a developmental lens to my clinical work. I have experience in executive functioning coaching with neurodivergent children and adolescents. My approach centers on the importance of strong relationships across the lifespan, from early childhood into adulthood. I combine aspects of psychodynamic psychotherapy with evidence-based interventions like Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Parent Child Psychotherapy (CPP). I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space for children, families, and adults to explore and grow.
